The Chef Jean-Noel Taxil offers various fresh menus and Provencal specialties


Menu Celestine: 29 euros (per person)
(house aperitif - starter - main course - dessert - coffee - 1 glass of wine - ½ mineral water)
Sample menu: salad nicoise - beef a la plancha and homemade ratatouille - panna cotta with berries


Menu Josephine or menu gourmet: 45 euros (per person)
(glass of champagne and amuse bouche, starter - main course - dessert - coffee - 2 glasses of wine to choose from
- ½ mineral water)
Sample menu: foie gras on a bed of beets with the truffle oil - Cameron risotto and fresh asparagus
- Fruit Basket with iced red vanilla


Dish of the day: 12 euros


Specialties: fish soup, bouillabaisse, lobster, paella with seafood ... on request.


Lunch: possible depending on season
Dinner: Starting at 8 pm
During cocktail hours at the pool or spa you can enjoy a glass of wine, champagne or our house cocktails!!!
